Product Description

Rollon X-Rail is a family of roller embossed linear guide rails designed for applications demanding a high corrosion resistance and an excellent price-to-performance ratio.

X-Rail linear guides are available with a rolled C-profile (0 axial play) or U-profile (1 axial play) and come in three material options: stainless steel (TEX/UEX), zinc-plated steel (TES/UES), or hardened steel using Rollon-Nox patented process (TEN/UEN). Rail sizes range from 20 to 45 mm depending on material and profile type, with dedicated sliders in compact or solid designs.

• Standard lengths up to 4,000 mm (custom lengths on request)

• Rolling elements lubricated for life

• T-series and U-series combinations enable self-aligning carriages for uneven surfaces

• High temperature resistance up to 120C (170C for nitrided versions)
